David Hearn

David Hearn has extensive experience in system engineering and IT support, currently serving as the System Engineering Team Lead at FMC Corporation since October 2007. In this role, David provides leadership in the development of operations processes while managing a team of Systems and Cloud Engineers. Key responsibilities include implementing CyberArk Privileged Access Management, managing global infrastructure change, and ensuring IT security compliance. Prior experience includes roles as a Network Analyst IV, where David supported a global server infrastructure, and as an Information Technology Engineer at a manufacturing facility. Earlier in David's career, David worked at Hercules Chemical Co as a Tier II Global Client Support Technician, overseeing desktop architecture and Windows Active Directory environments. David holds a degree from the University of Delaware, completed in 1999.
