Devarajan C is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in the agrochemical and specialty chemicals industries. Currently serving as Chief Manager – R & D at FMC Corporation since 2001, Devarajan has successfully led multiple R & D projects, focusing on business case preparation and project approvals. Previously, Devarajan held positions as Senior Scientific Officer, contributing to the process development of active ingredients and novel methods, and as Scientific Officer, executing custom synthesis of biologically active compounds. Prior experience at Lona Industries as Senior Scientist involved developing cost-effective processes for specialty chemicals. Devarajan holds an MS (By Research) in Chemistry from Vellore Institute of Technology, a B.Sc. (Tech) in Intermediates and Dyes from Institute Of Chemical Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Madurai Kamaraj University.
