Drew Farrell

Drew Farrell is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human capital management and talent acquisition. Currently retired from FMC Corporation, where Drew served as a Human Resources Business Partner, the focus was on aligning organizational human capital strategies with business goals and managing change effectively. Prior experience includes significant roles at sanofi-aventis, where Drew advanced through various recruiting positions, culminating as Senior Manager of US Recruiting, and led initiatives that increased employee referrals and improved recruitment processes. Additionally, experience as a Corporate Recruiter at Covance established a strong foundation in recruitment strategy. Education was obtained at the University of Scranton from 1982 to 1985.
