Emma Mon

Emma Mon is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources leadership. Currently serving as the HR Director for Global Operations, Procurement, and Logistics at FMC Corporation since February 2023, Emma previously held key roles at JLL, including Head of Global Talent, Learning & Leadership Development, and Global Head of HR for Capital Markets, Hotels, and Valuation Advisory. Emma's early career at Dow spanned 15 years, where significant contributions were made as a Global HR Business Partner and Director of HR Development Program. Emma also developed robust compensation strategies as Director of Global Compensation. The career began as a Compensation Analyst at Hercules, transitioning through Aon Consulting before gaining a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from York College of Pennsylvania.
