Jane Wells, MS, CCEP, has extensive experience in ethics and compliance, currently serving as the Global Ethics and Compliance Program Manager at FMC Corporation since November 2017. Previously, Jane held various roles at Solenis, including Senior Legal Specialist, Compliance Officer, and Program Manager, directly reporting to the General Counsel. Additionally, Jane worked at The Dow Chemical Company as a Paralegal Leader from April 2009 to October 2014. Jane holds a Master of Science in Business Ethics and Compliance from Cambridge College and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Rutgers University - Camden.
