Jyoti Nandi

Jyoti Nandi is a Global R&D Scientist at FMC Corporation since January 2023, with prior experience as a Senior Scientist Process Chemist at Boehringer Ingelheim from August 2020 to January 2023. Nandi has contributed to the development of novel catalytic methods for selective fluorination of organic molecules and applied Design of Experiments (DOE) for optimizing reaction conditions. Educationally, Nandi holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Connecticut, supplemented by a Master's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Calcutta. Previous roles include Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Connecticut and a Chemical Development Intern at Boehringer Ingelheim, with a foundational summer research fellowship in copper (I) complexes at Guru Nanak Dev University in India.
