Katie McFadden

Katie (Russell) McFadden is an experienced professional in process engineering and analytical chemistry, currently serving as Associate Director at FMC Corporation since November 2017. Significant achievements include executing a project that increased capacity by 55% in 45 days, leading a team for global process safety and continuous improvement, and developing technical talent through a rigorous Engineering Development Program.
