Kenneth Hancock

Kenneth "Hap" Hancock has amassed significant leadership experience in the manufacturing and operations sectors over multiple decades. Currently serving as Integrated Operations Director and Manufacturing Director at FMC Corporation since October 2017, Hancock previously held various roles at DuPont from July 2010 to October 2017, including Global Manufacturing Leader, Operations Manager, and Global Supply Chain Leader. Earlier in his career at DuPont, from September 1992 to 2010, Hancock advanced through positions such as Plant Manager and Operations Leader, as well as roles in engineering and process supervision, culminating in Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Hancock holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where studies were completed from 1985 to 1989.
