Lea Dart

Lea Dart serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead for EMEA at FMC Corporation since January 2017, providing HR Business Partner support to the Plant Health Business. Previously, as a Global Talent Manager, Lea developed a global Performance Management process that significantly reduced managerial workload. Lea also led the EMEA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council and implemented leadership programs to enhance critical business capabilities. Prior experience includes various HR roles at Mondelēz International and Cisco, focusing on HR change and transformation, local HR agendas, and learning and development. Lea holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Copenhagen Business School.
