Leslie Castro is an experienced Program Manager at FMC Corporation since November 2017, where responsibilities include leading various programs at the Mobile Manufacturing Center, focusing on site quality and contamination prevention, as well as overseeing PSM process safety. Prior to this, Leslie served as Technology Leader starting in August 2014, following FMC's acquisition of the facility. In addition, Leslie has operated as Owner of a 4Life Research franchise since 2007 and was previously employed at DuPont in multiple roles, including Technology Lead and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from 2011 to 2017, and Technical Specialist from 2001 to 2011.
