Mike O'Neill is an experienced professional in the field of research and development, specializing in agricultural and pharmaceutical products. Since July 2010, Mike has served as the Global R&D Manager for Formulations Engineering at FMC Corporation, leading a team focused on the development and transfer of manufacturing technology for crop protection products worldwide, including herbicides and biologics. Previous roles include managing scale-up and formulation development teams, successfully launching new agricultural products, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Mike's career also includes key positions at Pfizer Animal Health and Schering-Plough Research Institute, where responsibilities encompassed technology transfer, process development, and safety management of active pharmaceutical ingredients. With an MBA from Rider University and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University, Mike’s expertise is underscored by over three decades of experience in the industry.
