Pavel S.

Pavel S. serves as the Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Explanta LLC since August 2023, overseeing the general management of Kazakhstan's second largest distributor of crop protection products, seeds, and fertilizers. Previously, Pavel held the position of Strategic Marketing and Business Development Director for Russia and CIS at FMC Corporation from January 2021. Prior roles at Syngenta from May 2006 to January 2021 included Regional Managing Director for Kazakhstan, Central Asia, and the Caucasus, as well as General Manager for Kazakhstan. Additionally, Pavel served as Director of Sales at Ural Agrochemical Company from February 2002 to May 2006. Academic credentials include an MBA in International Business Management from Maastricht School of Management and a Master's degree in Integrated Crop Protection from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
