Shawn Dawson is a seasoned finance professional with a diverse background spanning over 15 years in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Finance Associate Director for R&D and Regulatory Affairs at FMC Corporation, Shawn is responsible for the full P&L of Global R&D and presents quarterly and annual results to the CEO and CFO. Previously, at American Water, Shawn led the Corporate Finance Tower and managed all consolidated FP&A processes, while at Campbell Soup Company, expertise included supply chain finance and P&L management.
