Steen Saaby

Steen Saaby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic delivery and process development within the chemical industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of Strategic Delivery at FMC Corporation since June 2015, Steen leads cross-functional innovation programs focused on optimizing new product introductions and ensuring regulatory compliance. Previous roles at FMC include Associate Director of the Singapore Technology Center, where Steen managed global activities related to process technology and supply chain risk management, and as RTC Manager, overseeing operational excellence at a manufacturing site in Denmark. Prior experience at Cheminova A/S includes managerial positions in pilot and process development, where Steen was responsible for scaling up chemical processes and supporting plant commissioning. Steen holds a Post Doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge and an Executive Coaching Certificate from INSEAD.
