Thiago Kauling

Thiago Kauling has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as LATAM Demand Planning Manager at FMC Corporation since July 2010, with previous roles including LATAM Supply Planning Manager and Brazil Supply Chain Lead. Responsibilities have included implementing improvements to demand planning processes, leading collaborative meetings with sales and marketing, and evolving documentation for supply chain systems. Prior to FMC Corporation, Thiago worked as a Supply Chain Consultant at Equus Group, focusing on operations management processes, and as a Compliance Intern at Schering-Plough, where training and compliance materials were developed. Thiago holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and is currently enrolled in the Emerging Leader Development Program at Columbia Business School.
