Yu Tang

Yu Tang is a Principal Investigator at FMC Corporation, having previously served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Yale University from 2018 to 2022. They completed their Master's and PhD in Organic Chemistry at Sichuan University, focusing on the catalytic asymmetric synthesis of tri- and tetra-substituted allenes under the supervision of Xiaoming Feng. Yu's research interests expanded to peptide-catalyzed oxidation reactions and the synthesis of chiral pyridine derivatives during their postdoctoral tenure. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Chemistry from Hubei University.
