ZsaNell Smith has extensive experience in human resources and procurement, currently serving as the Head of Global HR Operations and Director of Global Diversity Equity & Inclusion at FMC Corporation since October 2011. Prior to this, ZsaNell held various roles at FMC Corporation, including Procurement Director - Transformation, Procurement Program Manager, Senior Project Manager in Information Systems, and Senior SAP Application Integration Specialist. ZsaNell's career began at Accenture, where ZsaNell worked as a Senior Consultant from August 1998 to October 2011.
