Bas Wilgenkamp has over 20 years of experience in communication consulting, project management, and execution. Currently, Bas is the Founder of Roast Buddy, an online and physical store specializing in premium outdoor cooking products. Previously, Bas has held roles such as Senior Communication Manager for various organizations, developing and implementing communication strategies, including work with FME and Water Alliance. Bas also co-founded Daylight, a successful advertising agency, and has deep expertise in employer branding and digital marketing, evidenced by multiple senior advisory positions across different sectors. Bas holds various certifications and diplomas, including in Lean Management and Agile methodologies, enhancing their strategic execution capabilities.
