Jim Frith

Jim Frith currently serves as a Non Executive Director and Remco Chair at FMG Engineering since May 2025. Previously, Jim held multiple positions at McConnell Dowell from December 2011 to May 2025, including National Estimating Manager, Managing Director, and Executive General Manager - Pipelines, where responsibilities included the sustainable operation of the business and the management of the Pipelines Business Unit across various regions. Jim’s experience also includes leadership roles at Built Environs and the McConnell Dowell Constructors (Aust) Pty Ltd, where significant projects such as the Adelaide Desalination Plant were successfully delivered. Educational qualifications include an Executive Program from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Melbourne.
