Chris Paley

Chris Paley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and management within various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at FMG since December 2017, Paley focuses on mentoring and developing leadership qualities among team members while overseeing a top-performing sales team. Prior to this role, Paley was the Owner/President of Home Helpers Home Care, managing a non-medical in-home care business dedicated to providing supportive services for seniors. With a significant tenure at Homes.com from 1999 to 2016, Paley progressed through various roles, including General Manager, where responsibilities included exceeding revenue goals and optimizing sales team performance. A graduate of California State University, Chico, Paley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication.
