Shae Griffiths

Shae Griffiths is an experienced professional in software engineering and technology leadership, currently serving as the Agile/Technology Lead at FMI Works since August 2016, where responsibilities include transitioning a previously waterfall-managed company to an agile methodology and leading the design of a new software product. Prior to this role, Shae was a Consultant/Practice Lead at SMS Management & Technology from April 2011 to July 2016, developing varied software solutions for clients. Shae's career began at BAE Systems, where roles included Software Engineer and Graduate Software Engineer, contributing to projects such as fraud detection software and large-scale .NET development. Shae holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from the University of Newcastle, obtained in 2007.
