Emily Cannon

Emily (Hemming) Cannon, MBA, is an experienced Director in the Leadership and Development Practice at FMI, where they oversee transformative learning programs such as the Leadership Institute and Field Leadership Institute. Previously, Emily held roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts as an Executive Meeting Specialist and Front Office Manager, and served as the Director of Sales at Providence Hospitality Partner. With a strong background in program design, logistics, and client engagement, they have made significant contributions to various educational institutions, including the University of Denver. Currently, Emily is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communication and a Master of Business Administration, alongside a Certificate in Business Administration and Management from Cornell University.
