Greg Montagna is a seasoned professional in Mergers & Acquisitions, having executed over $40 billion in announced transaction value and nearly 50 transactions at leading financial institutions. They held managing director positions at several firms, including Truist and MIII Advisors, where they provided top-tier investment banking services. Previous experience includes roles at Bear Stearns, Oppenheimer & Co., and Jefferies, where they developed expertise in valuation, transaction analyses, and client management. Montagna obtained a Master’s in Business Administration from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business.
