Nathan Perkins

Nathan Perkins is an ESOP Specialist with over 15 years of experience in tax and succession planning. They currently serve as the Managing Director and Head of ESOP Advisory at FMI, where they focus on assisting business owners in transitioning their companies while minimizing tax liabilities. Previously, Nathan worked at Morgan Stanley as an ESOP Reinvestment Specialist, and served in leadership roles at CSG Partners and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, honing their expertise in leveraged ESOP transactions and corporate advisory. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University.
