Rachel Kiaski

Rachel Kiaski has an extensive work experience in the human resources field. Rachel currently holds the position of Director of People at FMI. Previously, they worked at Wake Technical Community College, where they served as the Executive Director of Human Resources and later as the Director of Employee Relations & Talent Management. In these roles, Rachel managed various HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Rachel also supervised and provided guidance to a team of HR staff and played a key role in developing college-wide compensation plans. Prior to that, Rachel held positions at Sunstates Security, Bob Barker Company, RLCB Inc, FleetPride Inc, and Five Star Staffing, gaining experience in areas such as HR management, compliance, and recruiting.

Rachel Kiaski obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from Campbell University, which they pursued from 1994 to 1997. In January 2021, they also earned the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI.
