Steena Chandler

Steena Chandler is a Partner at FMI, where they utilize their extensive experience in strategic planning and marketing. After spending seven years in Tanzania, Steena developed strong skills in working within chaotic environments and adapting to unstructured challenges. Previously, at Off.Grid:Electric, they advanced from Regional Manager to Head of Sales and Marketing, growing the customer base from 1,000 to almost 100,000 in 2.5 years. Steena is also the Founder and Principal Consultant at Twiga Consulting LLC and has held roles in customer service and program management earlier in their career. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies at the University of Arizona and an MBA at the University of Colorado Boulder.
