Terry Gray

Terry Gray started their career in accounting at Ernst & Young before moving on to financial and risk management roles in various companies such as Cianbro Corporation and Zurich North America Commercial. With a strong background in the construction industry, they founded their consulting firm, Gray & Associates Consulting, LLC. Eventually, Terry became the Global Head of Construction Industry Practice at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd before moving on to become a Managing Director at FMI. They also served as the President of AP Development Corporation and were elected Chairman of the Board. Terry holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Accounting from the University of Maine.
