Tracey Smith

Tracey Smith is a strategic leadership consultant specializing in the Built Environment, where they currently facilitate clarity and alignment for executives and organizations. They previously served as a Logistics Strategy Branch Chief in the United States Air Force, leading senior leader strategy workshops and creating the Air Force’s first Logistics Human Capital Strategy. Tracey has also held leadership consulting roles at FMI, focusing on developing exceptional leadership teams and organizational consulting. Educated at the United States Air Force Academy, Webster University, and the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, Tracey blends business acumen with behavioral science to drive impactful leadership development. Additionally, they serve as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for Girls on the Fly.
