Steven Hebert

Steven Hebert is currently a Senior Asset Manager at Facilities Maintenance Management, LLC (FMM), a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this, they owned and served as Managing Partner at HGI Facility Management from 2009 to 2024. Earlier in their career, Steven was the Senior Vice President of Property Management at Hibernia Corporation, which was acquired by Capital One, from 1985 to 2008, and also worked as a Corporate Property Manager at Capital One Bank during the same period. They earned a degree in Business from the University of New Orleans between 1979 and 1985.
