Arno Keuning is currently a Legal Counsel at FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank, a role they have held since 2019. Prior to this, Arno worked as a Legal Counsel at PayU and gained extensive experience as a Lawyer in Banking & Finance at Clifford Chance from 2007 to 2015. Arno holds a Master of Laws in Financial Law from Boston University School of Law and a Master of Laws in Business Law from the University of Groningen.
