Elisabeth Wegen

Elisabeth Wegen is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Credit Officer and Strategy Officer at FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank, since April 2013, with responsibilities spanning various roles including Investment Officer and Senior Analyst, primarily focusing on financial institutions in Asia. Prior experience includes a portfolio analyst position at FMO, internships at Mekong Quilts—supporting community development projects in Southeast Asia—and Goodwell Investments, an impact investment firm. Elisabeth held a supervisory role at the Library of Economics and Business at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and served as Chairman of the board of OCSG. Elisabeth holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, both from the University of Groningen, alongside an International Baccalaureate from Het Rijnlands Lyceum.
