Fyllia Mamoucha is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership and talent management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at FMO - Dutch entrepreneurial development bank since May 2019, Fyllia has been instrumental in developing a robust organizational culture and implementing comprehensive talent strategies.
