Gina Ho is a Business Analyst focused on Quality & Improvements at FMO - Dutch entrepreneurial development bank since July 2021. Previously, Gina served as a Research Assistant at Wageningen University & Research, where responsibilities included working with extensive datasets, performing calibration and validation of the Soil Navigator using R, conducting literature reviews on agricultural practices, and organizing educational arrangements. Gina also completed a master's thesis on soil multi-functionality within the Soil Biology department, linked to the Soil Navigator DSS developed in the EU's LANDMARK 2020 project. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Finance Analyst at The Economist and a Financial Analyst at Sky, as well as valuable travel experience that enhanced understanding of environmental challenges. Gina began the professional career at KPMG UK as an Advisor and Auditor after earning a Bachelor's degree in Government and Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
