Ilayda Atalay is a structured finance advisor at FMO - Dutch entrepreneurial development bank since March 2020, following a position as an associate banker at EBRD from March 2018 to March 2020. Previously, Ilayda worked at Garanti BBVA as a project and acquisition finance supervisor and associate from August 2015 to March 2018. Ilayda's career began at the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB) as a financial analyst and management trainee between August 2012 and May 2014. Ilayda holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Boğaziçi University, where graduation was with top honors, as well as an earlier Bachelor's degree in Management from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University.
