Mingchia Su

Mingchia Su is a finance and control professional with extensive experience in impact investing, financial analysis, and tax consultancy. Currently serving as a Finance & Control Officer at FMO - Dutch entrepreneurial development bank since June 2023, Mingchia previously contributed as an MBA Consultant in Impact Investing at Triodos Investment Management, where analysis of ESG risks and value chains focused on sustainable investment opportunities. Mingchia's experience includes a finalist position at the IFC Impact Investing Challenge and a Finance Analyst role at Aon, with a solid background in international tax from PwC, where responsibilities encompassed transfer pricing documentation and advising Taiwanese firms on global operations. Early career experience includes assurance services at PwC Taiwan, where project leadership and compliance evaluations were key responsibilities.
