Sophia Harte

Sophia Harte is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in regulatory compliance and auditing. Currently serving as a Project Portfolio Manager at FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank, since March 2016, Sophia manages financial audits and compliance initiatives, and establishes accounting treatments per IFRS. Prior roles included Senior Finance and Control Officer responsibilities, where Sophia oversaw financial statements and coordinated audits with external parties. Previous experience includes positions at NIBC Bank focusing on regulatory reporting, and financial consultancy roles at Fit4Finance B.V. and Financial Architects NV. Sophia holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Ghent University.
