Susan Xie

Susan Xie is an experienced operations professional currently serving as an Operations Officer in the Mid Office at FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank since January 2023. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Middle Office Manager at Bank of China (Europe) S.A. Rotterdam Branch from November 2016 to January 2023, where responsibilities included loan administration, credit and channel management, portfolio and document management, as well as data analysis and reporting. Earlier, Susan gained experience as an intern at the same branch, assisting with a Match Making event in early 2015. Susan holds a Master's Degree in Finance and Control from De Haagse Hogeschool/The Hague University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
