Thelma B.

Thelma B. is a Manager in Sustainable Finance Advisory at FMO - Dutch entrepreneurial development bank, where they focus on development impact and impact management. Previously, they held several roles at FMO, including Senior Evaluation Officer and Evaluation Officer, and served as a Social Performance Analyst at Oikocredit. Thelma coordinated the Master’s Programme in International Agriculture and Rural Development at The University of Göttingen from 2011 to 2015 and has experience as a Program Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Instituto Interamericano de Cooperación para la Agricultura. They hold a PhD in Agricultural Economics and Rural Development from The University of Göttingen, where they graduated magna cum laude.
