Vyacheslav P. currently serves as a Senior Risk Management Officer at FMO - Dutch entrepreneurial development bank since February 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Deputy Head of Market Risk Methodology at Ощадбанк from June 2022 to January 2023, and a significant tenure at the National Bank of Ukraine from March 2015 to October 2021, where Vyacheslav held multiple positions including Head of Financial Risk Methodology and Deputy Head of Financial Risk. Prior to this, Vyacheslav worked at UniCredit Bank Ukraine from July 2011 to March 2015 as Chief Market Risk Economist. Vyacheslav holds a Master's degree in Banking and a Bachelor's degree in both Banking and Law from the Ukrainian Academy Of Banking Of The National Bank Of Ukraine, as well as an Advanced Programme in European Law and Economics from the Riga Graduate School of Law. Additional education includes a program at MIM-Kyiv Business School from October 2020 to March 2021.
