Zoe Lees

Zoe Lees is a Senior ESG Advisor at FMO, where they review investment proposals to ensure environmental and social sustainability. With extensive experience in the ESG sector, Zoe has held various roles, including an Associate Director at KPMG and an ESG Specialist at the IFC. They co-founded the Vukani Impact Collective and have contributed to numerous leadership and governance initiatives, including serving on the JSE SRI Advisory Board and as an Independent Non-Executive Director at South African National Parks. Zoe is also a Research Associate at GIBS Business School, where they mentor students on projects related to sustainability and climate change.
