Melvin Hill

Melvin Hill has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2010, they served as a S.E.E.K Intern and Mentor at the NSBE Summer Camp, where they taught engineering experiments and mentored students. In 2011, they were a Management Engineering Intern at Ohio State University Medical Center, where they utilized simulation to improve patient satisfaction and efficiency. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Solution Engineer - Business Consultant at Hyland, where they analyzed business processes, documented requirements, configured solutions, and trained customers. In 2016, they became a Management Engineer at Duke University Health System, focusing on operational problem-solving and improvement. Melvin then became an Operating Manager at Top of the Hill Homes, LLC in 2017, where they assisted homeowners with real estate problems. Melvin also worked as a Freelance Software Developer and later joined FM:Systems in 2017, initially as a Training Specialist and then as a Software Implementation Engineer. In 2022, they became a Senior Software Implementation Engineer at the company.
