Sylvia Vaughan

Sylvia Vaughan has a strong background in technology and support roles. Most recently, they worked as a Level II Application Support Specialist at FM:Systems starting in January 2021. Sylvia's earliest work experience was at Nortel, where they worked as a Software Development/Product Support Engineer from June 1997 to September 2008. Sylvia developed Voice over IP applications, created requirements and design specifications, conducted interoperability testing, and tracked test results using Mercury Quality Center.
