Level II Application Support Tech at FM:Systems

Sylvia Vaughan has a strong background in technology and support roles. Most recently, they worked as a Level II Application Support Specialist at FM:Systems starting in January 2021. In this role, they handled hardware and software-related issues via telephone, multitasked through multiple systems, and provided troubleshooting assistance to customers.

Sylvia's earliest work experience was at Nortel, where they worked as a Software Development/Product Support Engineer from June 1997 to September 2008. Sylvia developed Voice over IP applications, created requirements and design specifications, conducted interoperability testing, and tracked test results using Mercury Quality Center.

Overall, Sylvia Vaughan has a proven track record of providing technical support, managing teams, and working in the technology industry.
