Joe Loy

Joe Loy has been in the manufacturing industry for their entire professional life. In 1981, they began their career as a welder at General Dynamics and was appointed to the Insource Committee in 1989. In 1995, they moved to RPM and held various roles, including wire EDM operator, quality manager, and sales. In 2009, they joined Findlay Machine & Tool, Inc. as Sales Manager of the Industrial Services Division. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing existing accounts and developing new business within the mechanical services and machining lines of service. Joe is also able to offer expertise across a broad spectrum of projects.

Joe Loy attended Cory-Rawson High School from 1974 to 1977, where they obtained a General Studies degree. Joe then attended the Hobart Institute of Welding Technology from 1977 to 1978, where they obtained a Certified in SMAW GMAW And OXY Acetalyne degree in Structural Welding. Additionally, Joe Loy obtained a Certified Welder certification from Chrysler Motors Corp.
