Marwan Bouez

Marwan Bouez is a senior executive at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), where they serve as Head of Multi-Geography Investment Management, Local Real Estate and Infrastructure. They previously held leadership roles at FMTECH, serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee from 2021 to 2024, and as interim CEO for the first six months of FMTECH's incorporation. They currently hold advisory and board roles, including Advisory Board Member at Saudi Data Center Fund I (since 2022), Rakiza Infrastructure Fund (since 2022), and Board Member at Qsas (since 2023). They earned an MSc in Finance and Economics from HEC Paris (2004–2006) and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut (2000–2004), and completed executive education at The Wharton School (2018), London Business School (2016), and Harvard Business School (2019).
