Andrei Elan

Andrei Elan has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Andrei currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at FNA, where they are responsible for leading innovation product strategy in areas such as Suptech, Intelligent Liquidity Optimisation, and Financial Markets Infrastructures. FNA is a deep technology firm focused on advanced network analytics and simulations. Andrei also holds the position of Senior Advisor and Ambassador for innovation and growth strategy at FNA.

Prior to their role at FNA, Andrei worked as a Senior Advisor for go-to-market product strategy at Exoshock. Andrei also served as an Innovation Advisor at the Global Cyber Alliance.

Before transitioning into advisory roles, Andrei held significant positions in the finance industry. Andrei worked at HENRY IVY ASSOCIATES as the Head of Business & Product Development, where they developed a big-data fintech system for corporate financial data analysis and benchmarking. Andrei also has experience with strategic advisory and consultancy work with various banks, investment management companies, and corporates.

Earlier in their career, Andrei held positions as Director of Investment Management at Chenavari Financial Group, Head of High Yield and Leverage Credit Trading at Credit Agricole CIB, Senior Trader at BNP Paribas, and Credit Trader at Dresdner Kleinwort.

In addition to their corporate roles, Andrei has also served as a PhD Programme Supervisor at the London School of Commerce. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in innovation, financial analysis, and strategic advisory across various industries.

Andrei Elan completed their PhD in Theoretical Physics at Uppsala University from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, in 1998, they attended INSEAD for a short period, focusing on Business and Finance.
