Emilly Sem

Emilly Sem has over 15 years of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Team Leader in the Business Development Department for Home Loans at FNB Namibia since May 2014. Emilly has held various roles including Senior Multi-Skilled Consultant in Branch Banking and Senior Client Service Representative at FNB Otjiwarongo, where responsibilities included client relationship management and exceptional service delivery. Earlier experience includes roles in the Valuations Department and Legal Compliance at First National Bank, focusing on mortgage lending processes and financial record-keeping. Emilly holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology and a Postgraduate Degree in General Management from Regent Business School.
