Philippe Vincendon

Philippe Vincendon has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Directeur at Fnac since March 2011, overseeing the performance of the Avignon Le Pontet store with a team of 45 employees and an annual revenue of €17 million. Responsibilities include fostering employee engagement, guiding the executive committee towards financial goals, and ensuring exemplary customer service. Previously, Philippe managed a larger team of 65 and achieved a revenue of €20 million, while also leading the local merchants' association at CC Toulouse Labège 2. His career at Fnac began in 1990, where Philippe held various roles, culminating in the management of technical product departments and store openings across several locations. Philippe holds a Master's degree in operational unit management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and has completed studies in business and modern languages in Leeds, alongside a DUT in commercial techniques from IUT de Saint-Etienne.
