Sonya Payet

Sonya Payet is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions across multiple sites and large teams. Currently serving as Responsable des ressources humaines at Fnac since November 2020, Sonya previously held similar HR leadership roles at Auchan e-Commerce France from September 2013 to October 2020, where responsibilities included supporting managers on HR matters and overseeing personnel services in hypermarkets with up to 450 employees. Earlier career experience includes working as a recruitment consultant at TECHNOLOGIC SEARCH from October 2011 to June 2013. Sonya holds a Master 2 degree in Gestion des ressources humaines and services from Campus Eductive Paris, a Licence in Administration Economique et Social from Université Paris Nanterre, and a DUT in Administration/gestion des petites entreprises from Université Paris Cité.
