Stéphane Bertholon

Stéphane BERTHOLON has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines at Fnac Paris since November 2002, where responsibilities include supporting store HR managers, coordinating HR policies, and overseeing social relations for seven establishments with approximately 1500 employees. Previous roles include serving on the management teams of various Fnac locations, managing recruitment and staff development, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations. Prior to Fnac, Stéphane was involved in specialized recruitment at Call Intérim - Groupe Actual from 1999 to 2002. Stéphane holds a DESS CAAE degree from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) (1997-1998).
