Julian Faras

Julian Faras has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Julian started their career in 2006 as a Sales Executive at Microtech Systems, managing sales in the central U.S. region. From 2009 to 2011, Julian worked as a Membership Consultant at Gold's Gym San Francisco, where they achieved and exceeded membership and personal training sales goals. Julian then joined Apple in 2011 as a Specialist, providing customer service and ensuring positive experiences for Apple Store guests. In 2012, Julian worked as a Field Segment Producer at CreaTV, producing, directing, shooting, and editing for the program M.A.D.

Julian's experience in video production began in 2013 at Gadgetbox Studios, where they worked as a Director, Cinematographer, and Editor, overseeing administrative and technical functions and managing production workflow. In 2015, Julian worked as a Studio Coordinator at E.C. Pro Video Systems, where they managed a production studio and handled administrative and project support tasks. Julian then became the General Manager at New York Sports Clubs in 2016, where they directed daily operations, staff development, and sales management.

In 2017, Julian was hired as the Operations Manager at National Geographic Encounter, where they were responsible for shaping the entire guest experience and managing a staff of 60. In 2019, they joined FNTECH as a Senior Enterprise Event Operations Technician and Executive Production Support for Meta.

Alongside their other roles, Julian has also worked as a Freelance Cinematographer, Editor, and Production Workflow Supervisor at Faras Films since 2012. Julian focuses on providing video content and live streaming for personal trainers to enhance their online presence and add value for their clients.

Julian Faras began their education at Cabrillo College from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Journalism and completed an A.A. Afterward, they attended San Francisco State University from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio and Television Broadcast Communications.
